How We Work
To meet the needs of both established and emerging growth companies, HireNetworks offers flexible payment terms and pricing options including:
Contingent
A traditional pricing model in which HireNetworks receives a fee only after successfully placing a candidate.
Retained
A retainer fee is paid to HireNetworks in thirds (1/3 at beginning of search, 1/3 during search and 1/3 upon completion of search) to secure a dedicated recruitment team. This model is typically used in executive searches.
Contract
An hourly-based feed is agreed upon and paid to HireNetworks for short-term and contract placements.
Subscription
An innovative model for multiple placements where customers make a recurring monthly payment in return for discounted placement fees.
Preferred Pricing
Certain companies will qualify for our preferred pricing schedule. All referrals, repeat clients, and preferred partner companies qualify for these discounted rates.
