Judy Protz is a recruiter with 12 years experience in contract and permanent placement. She received her BS from The Pennsylvania State University (University Park) and spent the early part of her career in corporate HR at Allied Services, a large health care provider in Northeast Pennsylvania. She obtained her MS in Counseling from Marywood University and was instrumental in establishing an Employee Assistance Program serving the entire Allied Services health care system which included two rehabilitation hospitals, a long term care center, and home health, residential and vocational divisions.

After moving to North Carolina, Judy continued her healthcare focus with KRON Medical, one of the first temporary staffing companies for physicians. She recruited primary care physicians and specialists for contract assignments throughout the United States.

Judy transitioned to the technical arena in the mid 90's, shortly before leaving the work force to raise her three children. During her hiatus, she held a volunteer position with Royal Family Kids' Camp, an international organization providing a summer camp experience for abused and neglected children. Judy returned to recruiting in 2007 with RD&A, Inc. focusing on permanent placement across all disciplines. At HireNetworks, Judy is looking forward to partnering with candidates who are searching for a new position.
